ABOUT THE COMPANY: history, core competences
Eurosib Group was set up in 1992 in St. Petersburg by the October Railways and a group of senior executives with an extensive managerial experience gained during their careers at the October Railways and West-Siberian Railways companies.
Their intimate understanding of the cargo owners' needs and good management enabled Eurosib to come to one of the top positions among transport & logistics companies in Russia.
Today the business of the Group is diversified among the following core sectors:

Eurosib-Investstroy: construction of elite housing, country homes and cottages, commercial property projects.
Eurosib-Development: property investment and land development projects both for the companies of the Eurosib Group (warehousing terminals, logistics distribution centres, car dealership premises) and for commercial purposes (city and country residential areas). Housing projects are realized by Eurosib-Development under the brand name Star Map.
EUROSIB'S SOCIAL RESPONCIBILITY
Eurosib Group is engaged in charity activities aimed at improving the youth's physical and mental health. To achieve this Eurosib pursues the following tasks:
- providing general sponsorship and administrative support for the International Table Tennis Tournament PRO TOUR RUSSIA OPEN, an ITTF event
- providing funding to the women's table tennis team Eurosib
- providing funding to the Silver Lions children's hockey club
- promoting table tennis among teenagers and schoolchildren through the TWISTER publicity campaign, providing sports ammunition and equipment, as well as professional coaches, for orphanages, schools and kindergardens of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region
Eurosib Group also provides sponsorship to orphanages, schools, hospitals, cultural institutions and regularly supports cultural events held in St. Petersburg.
